Viking & Norse Wedding Ring Boxes with Elder Futhark Runes

Not a generic ring box. Not something you'll find at a mall. A viking wedding ring box carved from solid wood with real Elder Futhark runes - made by hand, built to last. Perfect for couples planning an alternative wedding and looking for something truly meaningful and unique.

What's Inside

Real preserved Icelandic moss. Brass hardware. Runes carved directly into the wood - not printed, not stickered, actually carved. Each norse wedding ring box is different because each one is made individually.

The Runes

Elder Futhark runes aren't decoration. Each symbol has meaning - Othala for heritage and home, Gebo for the gift of partnership, Valknut for connection. You choose which runes go on your box, or we can suggest combinations that fit your ceremony.

Custom rune ring boxes are available in dark walnut and black wood. Personalized and engraved to order.

For the Ceremony

A viking ring bearer box holds two rings securely during the ceremony. The moss keeps them in place, the brass clasp keeps everything closed until the right moment. Norse rune ring boxes work equally well for pagan weddings, handfasting rituals, and outdoor forest ceremonies.

After the Wedding

These don't end up in a drawer. A norse runes ring box made from dark walnut or black wood becomes something you keep - on a shelf, on a desk, somewhere visible. Elder futhark ring boxes age well. The wood darkens, the runes stay sharp.

Engraved rune ring boxes available in all sizes. Viking and norse styles in stock.

Celtic & Handfasting

These boxes also work for celtic handfasting ceremonies. The wood, the moss, the carved details - all of it fits naturally in a handfasting ritual. If you're tying the knot in the literal sense, this is the kind of box that belongs there.
